All of our kratom batches are sent to certified third-party laboratories for extensive testing. These labs analyze for things like microbial contaminants, alkaloid levels, and heavy metals. If any batch doesn't meet our safety criteria, it's never offered for sale. Period.
Need Help Finding Your Batch?
Each of our product packages includes a unique batch code—usually a five-digit alphanumeric identifier—printed clearly on the label or bottom of the container. You’ll need this code to search for the COA.
Trouble Accessing a COA?
We regularly update our COA lookup system to improve its performance and usability. If your batch doesn’t appear, or you run into technical issues, feel free to reach out to our support team. We’ll make sure you receive the appropriate certificate and also update our COA archive accordingly.
